If the freezer temperature is above 10 degrees fahrenheit 12c the ice maker will not produce ice cubes efficiently. This will likely resolve the issue.

If your refrigerator was just installed it may take 24 hours for ice production to begin and up to three days for full ice production. Because the ice may not be completely frozen yet when the harvest fingers try to harvest the ice cubes the fingers bring up icy water that attaches to the stripper.
