Neff Oven Door Glass Loose

The inner glass door of neff hft879 oven has shattered.

The handle on the lower oven door is loose on the right hand side. Lay the appliance door front side facing down on an even soft and clean surface. The handles on the neff oven in our house have come loose and as far as i can see the only way to access the screws to tighten them is by taking the doors off then using a torx screwdriver to take the door to bits to access the screws. To remove the glass push on the left and right hand side of the appliance door until the inner glass is released on both sides. It appears that the handle retaining screws have worked loose and i can se read more. I ordered a new piece of glass have taken all the screws out of the door fitted the glass and attached the frame. I have a neff u1442 double oven approximately 3 years old.
